IPS (International Parcel Service) Phishing Email and Website

So I received this fake IPS phishing email not long ago:

From: **Failed Delivery** <[email protected]>
Sent: 12 December 2022 13:18
To: [email protected] <[email protected]>
Subject: **Your chance to receive a FREE UPS**

Your package delivery notification: ID#34632900-371

We were unable to deliver your parcel as there was no one present to sign for the delivery.

We are here to inform you that we need an address confirmation to reconfirm the parcel shipping.

The scam email takes me to the following IPS phishing website and gives the below information:

Package information:
Outstanding at the distribution centre
Failure to pay customs fee
Customs fees: €2
Please continue to change delivery

I had a similar one impersonating DPD with the logo etc, it appeared the email came from
